Brad Wiggin, Founder and Owner

Brad has been in the ITAD industry for 31 years. Delivering value since the industry's beginnings back in 1990. He has been Innovatively serving clients large, data centers and global companies, and small, banks, health care companies and manufacturers. Brad brings a deep understanding to company's needs whether it is. Capturing legacy value, protecting customers data throughout the ITAD process or making sure any of any legacy material is properly recycled. Some of his past clients include Dell Financial Services, IBM GARS and more recently HPE.

He brings his latest innovation the GSD portal, to deliver on time solutions for any ITAD needs. The proprietary Global Solutions Delivery portal streamlines communication with a unique online chat. Logistics are delivered with Customized, on site or remote, on time solutions. With The GSD portal, customers never have to search for your Certificate of Destruction or Audit reports. Customers can track employee or contractor communication and know where a transaction is at any time with the GSD Portal. Transactions are all right at the customers fingertips with a click of a button.
Adam Salyer, Sales and Marketing

After interning with the company for 18 months, Adam joins Chapel Brook LLC as a recent graduate from Southern New Hampshire University. Bringing experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, Adam will look to bolster the online presence of Chapel Brook LLC as well as foster new and existing customer relationships.
Previously Adam co-ran an e-commerce business focused on the customer facing side of the real estate market. He produced promotional products for realtors in all 50 states, minus Alaska, which still bugs him to this day. This experience allowed him to gain an understanding of how to identify clients' needs and solve problems before they are presented.
